Emad Shawwa with over 33 years of experience in the mortgage business, he has originated thousands of residential and commercial mortgage loans by assisting home owners and investors in obtaining their mortgage financing. In 1995, Mr. Shawwa founded Capital Trust Mortgage with one key goal in mind to provide the best customer support and guidance to all his clients and helping them achieving their American dream of homeownership. Mr. Shawwa sustains his techniques in serving his clients by consulting and advising them with the right mortgage loan program that will benefit each different individual case. From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Shawwa worked for Crossland Mortgage as loan officer achieving a top producer level on the company nationally. Mr. Shawwa obtained his mortgage broker license in 1992 from State of Florida Department of Banking and Finance and he has a degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. He is a current member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals and National Association of Mortgage Professionals.
